I seldom get excited by real estate agents. They normally over promise and under deliver in my opinion.
My outlook has changed dramatically after meeting Diane Shipley, Bernadette and the team at Harbourline in Greenwich.
I was trying to rent my renovated house in Greenwich with a much “larger” real estate agency. They had it advertised for 1 month and asked me to drop my price twice in that time ($400 lower than their initial estimate)
