Ian has 30 years senior and executive level experience in property development, property sales and property portfolio management in a number of corporate and government organisations; Lend Lease Development, Shimizu Constructions, Commonwealth Government, City of Sydney and NSW State Government. During this period he has been directly responsible for the development, leasing and sale of over $500 million of residential, commercial and hotel real estate.
